Overview
Deluxe takes everything from our Standard flight and adds a slow, sociable hour on the ground. You still get free pickup in the early hours, the same 45 to 60 minute flight as the sun rises, unlimited coffee, tea and water, and a printed certificate. The difference starts after landing, when a short transfer brings you to a desert camp where breakfast is waiting.
Breakfast is a proper sit-down spread, served buffet style. Hot dishes sit next to pastries, parfaits, fruit and cold platters, and there is a vegan option for anyone who needs one. Afterwards you ride a camel for a few minutes and then watch a falconry display, where a handler brings out a trained falcon and you can take photos together.
At AED 1,149 per person, Deluxe suits couples and families who want a fuller morning without the extra activity of a safari. The transfer gets you home around 9:30 to 10:00 AM, so the afternoon is still yours. If you would rather add dune bashing and a quad ride as well, the Premium package continues from where this one stops.

Collection works for hotels, homes and holiday flats all over Dubai, timed so the balloon can launch at dawn. The exact time arrives by WhatsApp the day before.

Good to know
- The early timetable matches Standard; the only change is roughly sixty minutes on the ground at camp once you have flown.
- No balloons fly from June to August; flights restart on 1 September.
- Flights depend on the weather, so keep a second morning free in case the launch is moved.
- Young flyers must be at least 7, and those aged 7 to 11 travel with an adult who has paid.

Hot Air Balloon Deluxe Package: questions
How is Deluxe different from the Standard balloon package?
The flight, pickup, drinks and certificate are exactly the same. Deluxe simply adds time on the ground: breakfast at a camp, a short camel ride and a falcon demonstration. That is why it costs AED 1,149 per person instead of AED 1,049, and why the drop-off moves to 9:30-10:00 AM instead of 9:00 AM at the latest.
What is served at the Deluxe breakfast?
On the hot side you will find scrambled eggs and grilled sausage, plus a vegan fajita roll. Around them sit French croissants, a bread station, cold platters, fresh fruit, and parfaits made with chia and bircher muesli. Drinks are juice, infused water, tea and coffee. It is served at the desert camp right after the flight, so you can sit down and eat while the morning is still cool.
What happens during the falconry display?
After breakfast you meet a trained falcon with its handler, who stays with the bird the whole time. You can watch it up close and take photos together. The display and the camel ride are both part of the Deluxe price, so there is nothing extra to pay once you are at the camp.
Can vegetarians and vegans eat well at the camp?
Yes. Alongside the eggs and grilled sausage, the buffet includes fruit, breads, croissants, parfaits and a vegan fajita roll, so there is a good range without meat. If anyone in your group has an allergy or another dietary need, mention it when you book so the camp can prepare for it before you arrive.
Is the Deluxe package a good choice for families?
It often is. Kids between 7 and 11 can join a parent or another paying adult, and the camp gives everyone time to eat and relax before the drive home. A balloon breakfast Dubai morning also ends early enough for an afternoon at the pool. Children under 7 cannot fly, so families with toddlers may prefer a desert safari instead.
