Getting to Al Badayer
Our buggy and quad meeting point is in the Al Badayer desert, a 45 to 60 minute drive from the Downtown area. Once you book, your written confirmation includes a map pin for the meeting point. Most guests drive there or take a taxi, and there is parking on site.
Rather not drive? A return transfer from Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JBR or Deira can be added for an extra charge on buggy and quad bookings, and transfers can be arranged for the dirt bike and camel rides too. Ask on WhatsApp and we will quote it. Every desert safari includes pickup from Dubai and Sharjah, and every balloon package includes free pickup from your Dubai accommodation, so you do not need to find the desert yourself for those.
Our booking office
You will find us in Office 404, Lake Central Tower, Marasi Drive, in Business Bay. Our team there takes bookings and answers questions, but no ride starts at the office. On the day of your activity, go to the Al Badayer pin or wait at your accommodation for your pickup.
When you will hear back
We open at 5:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM every day. Within that window, WhatsApp messages usually get a reply within minutes, and the phone line is staffed for calls.
Booking never stops, though. Our online booking site is open 24/7, so you can choose a package and pay by card in AED even in the middle of the night, and your written confirmation follows by email. A WhatsApp message sent after 8:00 PM gets its answer once the team is back in the morning.
Email is the right channel for anything that needs a written record. Cancellation requests are accepted by email only, as our cancellation policy explains, while date changes can be arranged on WhatsApp.

Where exactly do buggy and quad rides start?
They begin at a meeting point in the Al Badayer dunes, which most guests reach in 45 to 60 minutes from central Dubai. The precise pin arrives with your written confirmation after you book. If you prefer not to drive, ask on WhatsApp about adding a return transfer for an extra charge.
Can I book after your opening hours?
Yes. Online booking is open around the clock, so you can choose a package and pay by card in AED at any hour, and the written confirmation reaches you by email. WhatsApp messages sent after 8:00 PM are picked up when we reopen the next morning.
Which email address should I use for cancellations?
Send cancellation requests to info@dune-buggy-dubai.net stating your name, your tour and the date it was booked for. Requests are accepted by email only, and the time your email arrives decides which fee tier applies. Wait for our reply confirming the cancellation before you treat the booking as cancelled.
