This privacy policy explains which personal details Dune Buggy Dubai receives, what we use them for and what we never do with them. In short, we only use your information to organise your desert trip, and this website does not track you.
Information we receive
We only hold details that you choose to give us, in two situations:
- When you book on booking.dune-buggy-dubai.net: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the package, the date, the number of people and any notes you add.
- When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: whatever you decide to tell us in that conversation, such as your questions, your accommodation for pickup or the ages of your group.
How we use your details
Your information is used to run your booking. That covers confirming the reservation, sending your written confirmation, sharing pickup times or the meeting point, arranging transfers, answering your questions and dealing with any change or cancellation you ask for.
To do that we may contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email. Your details are never used for marketing that has nothing to do with your trip, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Bookings and card payments
This website does not take bookings or payments itself. When you press Book now, you move to our secure booking site at booking.dune-buggy-dubai.net, where you fill in your details and pay. Card payments there are processed by a payment gateway, which handles your card details for the transaction.
Refunds go back through the same gateway to your original payment method, as described in our cancellation policy.
No tracking on this website
This website runs no analytics and no tracking. There are no advertising or retargeting pixels and no marketing cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
There is also no live chat and no contact form on this site. The WhatsApp, phone and email links simply open your own app, and anything you send arrives with us directly through that channel.
Your choices and rights
You are entitled to see the information we keep on you, to have mistakes fixed, and to have it removed from our booking records. There is no form to fill in: message us on WhatsApp or call +971 52 440 9525, or email info@dune-buggy-dubai.net, and we will deal with your request directly.

Changes to this policy
If the way we collect or use information changes, for example if we add a new tool to the website, we will update this page first so it always describes what really happens. Please check back here before sharing personal details if it has been a while since your last visit.
